You asked the questions, now we have your answers. Come

1.
Desiangelani asks:
First of all I would like to say your
an awesome actress!...If you could change one thing about your character what
would it be?
Chrishell Answers:
A few months
ago, I would have said that I wish that Amanda didn't search for acceptance
through guys and had more of a sense of self worth. However, now that you get
to see some of what she has been through, I think that her character flaw adds
depth and I would not want to change it. It would be interesting to see her find
herself over time.
2. Marilee
Jones asks: If
you could play another character on AMC who would it be and why?
Chrishell Answers:
I am so grateful for
the role of Amanda and I truly love to play her, so I would not want to be any
other character. So if I had to choose, Kendall and Lilly would be at the top of
the list because they are very challenging and you get a full range of emotion
and depth.
3. BabyBinks
Asks: If you
could give advice to your character what would that be?
Chrishell
Answers:
GET
THERAPY!! Ha!
4.
Mark Asks:
Hello, Chrishell, My name is Mark. I am a long
time viewer of AMC. What is it like working with such a great cast? Would you
like to one day switch over to primetime TV or perhaps feature films? Thank you
very much and keep up the good work. Chrishell
Answers: Thanks Mark.
Working with this cast has been the biggest blessing I could have asked for. I
feel like I have learned so much from them in a small amount of time. I love to
challenge myself, which would include branching out and trying other things as
well.
5. ParamusAngel Asks:
What actor or actress is your most favorite to
work with and why? Who are you the closest with on set?
Chrishell Answers: My
favorite person to work with is Kate Collins because she is so giving as an
actress that it makes me look better! Our relationship on and off set is very
motherly. I am probably closest to Alexa or Connie - it's a toss up. ; )
6. Laura Geraghty Asks:
First of all I just wanted to tell you that I think you are very pretty and I
think your doing a great job. I have really started to like your character and I
hope you stick around for a while. I realize that you have makeup artists that
do your makeup when your on set, but what kind of makeup would you use if you
were doing your own? I have tried several department stores brands such as
Channel, Mac, Lancome you name it and I never can find the right foundation.
What brand would you recommend? I would love any advice you could give.
Chrishell
Answers: Hey
Laura. I too am always on the lookout for the best foundation. On the show they
use Clinique and off the show I use Smashbox. I really like them both.
7.
Dana Asks:
I couldn't stand your
character for a long time but now that Amanda is being written as a young woman
with a secret (suspecting her Mom as the culprit), a victim of poisoning, and
falling in love with Jamie I am really starting to care for Amanda (as in
watching her and investing in the character). My question is has the material
been more challenging and are you enjoying your job?
Chrishell Answers: I
absolutely LOVE my job! It truly is a dream come true for me and I treat it that
way everyday. The material has been much more challenging the last couple months
and I feel lucky that I get a chance to show more ability through the work. It
means a lot that people are starting to understand Amanda now.

Hi Chrishell, I am really enjoying Amanda. I
think you are a talented actress and it shows especially these past few months
with your mother in town. I would really like to see Kendall and Amanda become
friends and I think Kendall should hire Amanda to work at Fusion. What do you
think about that? Chrishell Answers:
Ha! Alicia and I were
just talking about that today. We both think that out characters should bond
over our hate for Babe!
9.
Karen Asks: I read that you are very good
friends with Justin and Alexa. How do you overcome the awkwardness of playing
certain scenes with your good friends' husband? I realize it's a job, but
still.... Chrishell Answers:
It is an awkward
situation because they are two of my favorite people. They are both extremely
professional about it all, so it never is a problem. We just don't really ever
talk about it off set.
10.
Blondy4153 Asks: I am a huge fan. I live
in Lexington, Kentucky. I was just wondering how hard it was to leave your
family in Kentucky and move? Chrishell Answers:
I was sad to leave my
family, but devastated to leave my little sister. She is 10 years old and that
is very difficult for me. But, she is going to come stay during her summer break
and I can't wait!
11. Julie Asks:
You are an amazing actress how is it like working
with Justin Bruening. Is All My Children your first TV debut? Thanks, your new
fan. Chrishell Answers:
Thanks so much Julie.
Working with Justin is a lot of fun because we are always making fun of each
other and joking around. AMC was my first TV debut - TV's all around the south
were all tuned in that fateful day. ; )
12.
Sarah Asks: I was wondering if
you have any tattoos? If not, are you planning on getting any and what do you
think about them? Justin Answers:
Actually, I do not have any tattoos, but I
have been thinking about it for awhile. I am open to getting one, I just have to
put a lot of thought into it. Maybe I will get BillyBob put on my shoulder.....
13.
Brenda S Asks: I was just wondering how do
you stay In such good shape with your busy schedule.
Chrishell Answers:
It
is difficult at times, but I try to find pockets of time during the week to just
sweat it out. Sometimes you just have to make an appointment with yourself.

Banrepguy25 Asks:
Your doing a
great job in the role of Amanda. I know the writers were writing you in a way,
where your character was just over the top. I am glad the writers have done a
complete 180, and improved your character. You & Kate Collins have WONDERFUL
chemistry together, in the mother/daughter department. I am your BIGGEST fan and
I have 2 questions:
1. What's it like working with Kate Collins? To this day, Janet has been my all
time favorite AMC character? ls she a joy to work with?
2.What does your future hold? l've loved your character from day one, mostly
because you were playing Janets' daughter, so l was a little biased. Is Amanda
Dillons' stay in Pine Valley, going to last?
Chrishell Answers:
First
of all, thank you so much - that is so sweet. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Kate! All I can
say is that I really hope Amanda's stay is going to last. I am very grateful for
every day I get to spend on the show, and I just take it one day at a time -
Because after all it is a soap and you just never know what will happen.
15. Howell asks: I
have 2 questions...Chrishell's scenes with Kate Collins have been magnificant
lately and they interact great together. Do you and Kate have a good
relationship off the set?
2. How can I join your fan club? Chrishell
Answers: You
can go to www.chrishell.net to join my fan club. Kate really is very motherly
off set as well, which is nice since my mom is so far away. She is much more
sane off set, of course!

Soaptown would like to thank Chrishell for
taking time out of her busy schedule to answer our reader questions .
