Following is a list of scheduled
events for General Hospital Fan Club weekend. Please note that tickets
to all of the events go on sale January 2, 2004, and not before! Also,
do not send your party reservations with any "signature required" stipulation
as it may cause your reservation to be returned to you.

Our hotel of choice is the Sportsmen's Lodge Hotel, 12825 Ventura Blvd.,
Studio City, CA. Call 1-800-821-8511 for reservations, and be sure to ask for
the special General Hospital Fan Club rate. Rooms will be released for
reservations beginning December 1, 2003. Please do not call prior
to that date as they will be unable to help you with your reservation at
the GHFC rate until that time.

OUT The General Hospital Fan Club Luncheon is scheduled for Saturday, July
10, 2004. Check in begins at 8:30 a.m. and closes at 9:30 a.m. Tickets for the
Luncheon will go on sale January 2, 2004 to Fan Club Members and their guests.
As in the past, we will sell only 400 tickets to this event. No exceptions.
Any remaining tickets will be sold to nonmembers beginning February 1, 2004. Be
sure you have a party ticket in hand before you purchase an airline ticket as
there are no exceptions to the sale of 400 tickets only. Table seating is
assigned based on ticket order postmark. Drawings will be done for duplicate
arrival dates. No refunds. Money orders only. Please send your party money
order separately from your membership money order. The event runs until 3:00
p.m. Please note: You will need to send two self addressed, stamped envelopes
for each person attending the event. If you have questions, contact Debbie

We will once again be having our General Hospital Photo Boutique on
Friday, July 9. We'll have loads of photos not available anywhere else, as well
as great silent auction items. The Boutique will be open from 9:00 a.m. until
2:00 p.m.
 
Want a sweet way to kick off a fabulous, fun filled fan weekend? Join us for
Tamara Braun in the Afternoon on Thursday, July 8, 2004, from 1:00 p.m.
until 4:00 p.m. at the Sportsmen's Lodge Event Center in Studio City, CA. A
little chocolate, a lot chatting … and a whole lot of fun! Combine all of that
with good friends, great gossip and you've got an afternoon that can't be beat!
We'll also have lots of fantastic silent auction and raffle items, as well as
great merchandise for you to choose from, so make your plans now to attend.
Tickets are $55 per person for Tamara Braun Fan Club members and $60 per person
for non fan club members. Fan club members may purchase only one nonmember
ticket. Seating will be limited, so sign up quickly. Send (2) self-addressed,
stamped envelopes for each person attending along with your money order made

Join us
for An Evening with Nancy Lee Grahn on Friday, July 9, 2004 from 6:00
p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Sportsmen's Lodge Event Center. Come and join us
for dinner, as well as a lot of fun and gossip … then get ready for a wonderful
time with Nancy Lee! We'll have some great silent auction and raffle items, as
well as lots of fund merchandise for you to choose from. It's going to be a
very special evening and we hope that you and all of your friends will be able
to be a part of it. Tickets are $65.00 per person, and seating will be limited
so make your plans now to attend! Send (2) self-addressed, stamped envelopes

An Evening with Stephan
Nichols, Sunday July 11, 2004, 8:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.This event is being
organized and details will follow as we receive them.
 
There will be other events scheduled in upcoming months, and we will make you
aware of them as quickly as we can. If you have not already signed up for our
email network, write to debbyoconnor@aol.com to get on the list right away. It
will be your quickest way for information. Or you may send a self addressed,

We will not be allowing the use of video cameras and audio equipment this year.
Unfortunately we have run into some problems with taping in the past couple of
years and now have to ask that you to limit your photography to still and
digital photos. There will be videos available for sale after the weekend is
over.
The fan club reserves the right, the day of the show, to have anyone escorted
out if they are behaving in an improper manner, with no return of their ticket
money. Because of time constraints during the autograph period, no cell phone
conversations with the cast will be permitted.
We will also not be reselling tickets for purchasers this year. You will be
responsible for doing that yourselves and getting the updated attendee name(s)
to Debbie Morris via mail or email in a timely manner. Cut off for any name
changes will be May 1, 2004. No exceptions. Absolutely no changes to the
check in list will be allowed after that date.
We're looking forward to another exciting fan club weekend, chock full of events
from daytime to dark! Make your plans early to attend, as tickets will be going
