Someone
just sent me an email regarding Nicole and it makes perfect sense.
Instead of Nicole 'fessing up about the adoption, what would've happened
if Nicole simply told EJ to take a paternity test? Yeah. EJ would've
learned Sydney was his, which would've bucked Chad off everyone's back and
most of all, would've kept EJ quiet for more than five minutes. What's
that you say? You don't want the story dragged out any further? Well the
big one hasn't been revealed yet and I imagine the fireworks are really
going to be impressive when it does come out.
When EJ ordered Nicole out of the house and to "take that with you,"
referring to Sydney, any possible sympathy he may have managed to conjure
up went right out the window. What the hell man? "That" is a baby! Your
daughter. Oh sure, you think she's not your daughter but guess what, EJ?
That should not matter. Being a father is not always about DNA but
obviously that is something that these Dimeras hold dear. EJ thinks that
turning his back on Sydney will make it less painful for HIM. Me, me, me,
me, me. There he goes again with his sense of entitlement and his whine,
whine, whine. I'd love to slam his hand in my car door. I'd love to slam
his head in my car door, many times over, until some sense is knocked into
him. I am trying to understand the painful predicament that EJ has been
put in but trust me, he is not making it easy. I don't feel sorry for him.
That ended abruptly when he said "Take that with you."
Nicole should've know that her house of cards would come tumbling down
eventually, but I can't help but think that she really went around her ass
to get to her elbow with this one. Instead of simply telling EJ that she
lost the baby and allowing a natural bonding process over the loss happen
between her and EJ, she had to pile lie upon lie and resort to trick after
trick. And for what, may I ask? Really, for what? What did all of this
even accomplish? She was only trying to hang onto EJ? She already had him.
The sucky part is that when the rest of the sordid tale comes out, I'm not
sure how Salem will view Nicole.
What else is happening in Salem? Not much from what I can see, except for
Carly returning. She is on the run because she killed Lawrence, and well
are seeing (or will see) the events that lead up to that stabbing with
that big, pretty knife. In the meantime, the doctor is administering unto
Rafe, who was dumped in the water and left to die by Meredith, a character
I really hope to never see again, except behind bars. A real whack job,
that girl was. But Carly's actions will eventually catch up with her, as
will Ms. Vivian herself. I like Carly's friendship with Omar and the fact
that he is willing to help her any way he can without judgment. And
Lawrence may be dearly departed but he is still going to turn up
everywhere in Carly's imagination.
